All right, I'm in. My son-in-law signed up for a program here, thinking that he could complete it in the time given - but he wasn't told there was a time limit, either. So now we owe more than $9,000, paid up front to the school via a loan I co-signed for, and still don't have even a piece of paper from a non-accredited institution. Because of a learning disability, it takes him longer to digest the material than some other students, but he started to plug away at it. So now that they have closed and moved and closed again, what's left? Lots of debt, that's what. I know life isn't fair, but it surely seems like somebody ought to have to pay back tuition costs on this one. Does anybody have an update on whether there will be a class action suit?
