This school (if you can call it that), was a joke. I knew it sounded suspect so I only took one class through Military Tuition Assistance. The class was English 101 and the Teacher (some woman named Kram), outright LIED to me. I was attending military NCOES Schools at the same time as this English 101 class and advised the teacher I would be out in the field. She stated that this would not be an issue and that I would only miss two assignments. Once I came out of the field and went to log on, my account was locked. It stayed locked for three additional weeks which put me at four weeks behind total. The Student Progress rep talked to the teacher, managed to get the account unlocked and got me logged in. Two days later, my entire classroom, all emails from the teacher and anything I completed academically was ERASED! I wrote the teacher and she stated I had a "C" and was in good standing, only to find out later that the system reported I had an "F". The Student progress rep then initiated a so-called investigation only to find out that the "F" was going to stand despite the promises of some sought of extension due to the Military schools. The school even went as far as reporting this to my Tuition assistance office and now I owe them the full amount for a class I was locked out of for 4 weeks total time. This place is a SCAM! I promise after this experience to do everything I can to stop the Military from using this place which will include hanging a copy of this report (along with everyone else') on all bulletin boards on Military bases. What a waste of time to deal with people with absolutely no ethics!
