Or St. Luke's Sold a diploma for doctorate of ministry and then after payment did not send it Nationwide/Georgia/California

I ordered a Doctorate of Ministry online from FICOTW for a payment of $100 American dollars on April 11 and did not recieve it.

The website said wait for 30 days or 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. It is now July 9 and I have not recieved it.

I have emailed the webrev—David Ford, everyday for the last month and have not recieved any email back.

I have filed a report or complaint with PayPal and IC3. Gov. I have called his office only to find the phone out of service.

I went to the website and joined their bulletin board to learn if other people had problems. I found out that they have. I have also been locked out of the bulletin board.
