Master hong is very dishonst. I have seen him treat families that don't have money like crap. But if your family has money he will treat you great. Because he knows that the family with money will be able to pay for all the great test fees. How can you become a black belt in less then a year. Its not about learning Taekwondo its how fast you can test. The more you test the more he gets money in his pockets. After you test you get your certificate that he says comes Grand Master Lee in Korea. Wrong they come from the bottom draw in his in office. They already have Grand Master lee's stamp on it. Then some one types your name on it and the date. We have a Black blet certificate and can not find any were on line were its real. We have even went to the web site that he told us to go to. Master hong take so much from people the more you do for him the more he treats you bad. I've seen families treated wrong for not being able to do a little extra for him. And it seems and soon as your not able to pay for all the little things he will be mean to your children. The way he talks to kids is so wrong. Or the way he used to talk about one of his instructors. She was a very big lady and he would say things about her weight in a large crowd. He would even make her tell people how much she weights. That lady did a lot for him and all he would do is yell and be little her. He also liked with families didn't get along. There is nothing at Hongs that is good. I know and have see children advance in the belts levels with out even knowing the things they need to know. So beware if your thinking on Going to Hong's. I can't belive how much he enjoys seeing familys fight. WOW what a family fun place. This is one big drama place. Unless you have money then i guess it might be fun for u. I would never think a place would get so many people upset with them..
