Today is February 19. Last week I talked to an employee of Freedom Resource who informed me that they did not issue me the promised refund on 24 January but issued it on 27 January. To date I have not received a check.
Today I made another phone call to Freedom Resources and learned that the check still has not been issued but is a batch waiting to be cut either this week or next with an estimated time to be delivered of March.
This is very unacceptable behavior on the part of Freedom Resource. As stated in the previous complaint I have been given numerous versions of policies and refund dates.
This company has had possession of my money in the amount of $221.95 since 16 October. Yet, they want to charge me a processing fee while they are accumulating interest during the past 4 months.
Please accelerate your attempts to resolve this issue, as this appears to be the unethical business practices of this company on a routine basis.

Once again this company is being deceitful. Per your letter Heather Gray assured us that a check would be issued on the 14th of March. Today is the 24th of March and I STILL have not received a refund this has gone on since October. Every time I call they give me a different date.
I called this morning and I AM STILL ON HOLD AFTER 96 MINUTES. I was talking to a Vanessa who told me that Heather Gray was not in. When I asked for her supervisr she informed me that would be Jane Miller is also is NOT available. I am STILL on hold for Ms Holly. It has been now 98 minutes and NO ONE has responded to me. The initial call took 58 minutes and 56 seconds for someone to answer. Now it has been an additional 40 minutes and no one has returned to the phone for which I am paying for since they have no 800 or 888 number to answer my question.
Please advise on further legal rights that I may take toward this company as well as notifying the owners / partners since they say it is a family owned business.
This has gone on long enough.

Once again this company is being deceitful. Per your letter dated 3-10-03 Heather Gray assured us that a check would be issued on the 14th of March. Today is the 28th of March and I STILL have not received a refund this has gone on since October. Every time I call they give me a different date.
I called this morning and talked to Alisa. She informed me that Heather Gray was not in again. When I asked for her supervisr she informed me that that she is the owner and does have one.
I asked her to contact accounting and check the status of my refund. Upon her return she informed me that the refund could not go through and when I asked why not? She informed me they just went through a change of ownership.
Please advise on further legal rights that I may take toward this company as well as notifying the owners / partners since they say it is a family owned business.
This has gone on long enough. I able to obtain information that this company has a history of being deceitful per the BBB report and has hundreds of complaints lodged against it in the past year along. The sad fact is that they brag they are members of the BBB. They should not be allowed to continue to do business in this manner.

During my last conversation with employees of your company they indicated you would be sending my refund check AGAIN on April 4.
Respond to me in writing to inform me of the status of my refund since you have neglected to do so for the last 6 months.
Repeated phone calls today are answered with a recording saying all lines are busy. I have been trying since 6am. It is now 1240pm.
This has gone on long enough. My next course action will be legal.
