Ripoff No credit report or confirmation or subscription cancelation information Maryland

I filled in my info to qualify for 3 in 1 credit report for $1.00 when signing up for monthly subscription that can be cancelled within 30 days. I got no report or confirmation. I don't have any info to cancel subscription. Going back to the site only asks you to sign up again.
