My mother signed up over the phone for lessons for my grown cousin for a Christmas gift. She paid the $300 with a credit card. When 2 months later it became evident that my cousin was not going to go take the lessons my mother called and asked for a refund. They said nope... No refunds. No one said anything about this when she freely gave them her credit card to make a payment otherwise she may have thought twice considering this was a surprise gift for someone. After she called them we started looking around on the internet and found that they have done this to a lot of people. Not only that but because all of there instructors are contracted employees they state that they are not responsible if the instructor is late and you will still have to pay for the whole time. It says you need to block out 5 hours for every 1 hour you are scheduled for incase the instructor is late. Another thing they dont tell you is that these lessons are group lessons so they are getting paid by someone to sit in the back seat while another student drives (that I found out be reading other peoples posts.) So I would say stay away from them they are a rip off company.
