Wellness Concepts Invoice for "previous balance" from doctor who we have never heard of deceptive company

My wife is gettinig an invoice from a doctors office, which we have never visited or heard off.
Telephone calls to the number on the invoice responded with the answer that "we have your name and address corect, so pay it".
We believe our name and address were fraudently taken from some other sources and being used to drain money from us.

I have mailed the following letter to the doctor, whose name appared on the invoice, but no reply has been received.

Sub: False Statement of Account.

Sir,

Your immediate attention is requested to stop sending me invoice for services that you have NOT provided for me.

I have repeatedly called your billing office to inquire about it and the answer was, "we have your name and address and therefore you are obliged to pay".

I DO NOT have the faintest idea of ever visiting you for any reason whatsoever.

I will be forced to report this practice as a scam to Better Business bureau and other agencies, unless you take required action to stop it now.
