After investigating with many insurance agents this is the information that I have gathered and what they said about the company and why they do not recommend license2go.com:
This was the company referred to me by the insurance associate who has brought me into the business.
When you sign up the reason why you are asked to put in the name of the associate who refered you to the site is because they are paid a small commission from the company.
Their "BIG" claim is that they will pay for your second test if you fail the first. And of course they say that 95% of their subscribers pass their first time, that is indeed another lie. They will not, it is the typical bait-n-switch tactic with extreme fine print. They will come up with any excuse to tell you that they will not pay for that second test.
#1 Rebuttal so that they will not pay for your second test
You must score 100% on all 17 "Learning Modules" plus finish the 3 250 questions each tests at the end with an 85% passing grade as well as their so called State Practice Test.
&This is not possible in real life situation.
Unless you have nothing better to do than sit at home and look at your computer all day long.
We as adults typically have lives and have to pay our bills so we do work and take care of our children.
It will take typically 7-10 days to finish this program.
Afterwards they tell you then (if you asked them) that you must apply for your fingerprints by the state and have a backround check done as well as get an approval by the state. This will take roughly 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and then the confirmation is mailed out to you. Next the mail will arrive roughly 2-3 days later depending on how busy the state is with state licensing applications. Upon recieving the go ahead from the state to take your license you must schedual a test. These appointments are not very time friendly, so typically you will end up taking the test 2-3 days later.
Would you not say that takes almost a whole months time up? OF COURSE,
They already know that it will normally take more than a months time to get this accomplished.
I also must add that I have went over these modules a numerous amount of times as well as the "practice" tests that are given by license2go.com...
THE PRACTICE TESTS GIVEN DO NOT HAVE THE SAME QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS THAT ARE GIVEN ON THE STATE TEST!!! That should put up a red flag. Everything on the state test is worded different and the material covered in license2go.com is barely a portion of what is needed to be covered on the state test.
The reason why license2go does this is because common sense tells you to practice the practice tests given before taking the tests. License2go.com knows that you will go over their practice tests numerous times so that they can feed you their wrongly worded tests and fork up an extra 25 dollar weekly entension on their "course."
Heck they will even throw in questions on their practice tests that do not even appear on any of the 800 pooled questions on the state exam.
May god save the person who decides to go with License2go.com
my recomendation is to grab a book and take an in class course.
