Will not return my testing fee of $56.00 as guaranteed

License2go, a.K.A. Saturn Learning Solutions offered a course in Life, Health and Annuities for Florida over the internet at a price of $129.00 In the brochure and on their advertisement they guaranteed the return of you State test fee if you did not pass the test this was $56.00.

I did not pass the test because they do not address in their course specifically the Florida Laws and Rules pertinent to life and health Insurance nor those rules applicable to Agent Licensing.

I have called and submitted twice my receipt for the $56.00 dollars starting nov. 9. They keep giving me the runaround abot the check in the mail and still today dec. 12 i have not received the $56.00 refund.
