Last July I named heald to obtain some details about their Medical Assisting System. I talked with Michael Hendricks who later turned my admission counselor. During our assembly I advised that I'm likely to be moving to Town School of Bay Area, and so I questioned him if breaks are transferable. He explained it's and that I shouldn't fear since Heald is definitely an approved college. Therefore after speaking with him about my objectives and ideas he desired me to consider the location ensure that you begin immediately since he explained that theres a-class that'll be beginning in per week. And so I went forward and registered. I completed one-quarter and chose to move to Town School in spring. A week ago (First week of Dec) I visited town university of SF to join up for Spring and that I introduced my log from heald with me. I visited the matriculation workplace and discovered they don't take breaks from Heald College. I approached Heald immediately and reported. I had been transferred towards the Leader. I talked towards the leader of bay area university and he explained he would examine the issue. He explained to create him a letter and place all my grievances within the notice. And so I did and delivered it last friday. Mon, used to donot get any phone from their website. And so I named wednesday to check out up, and also the leader was in a gathering and so I quit a note n his voicemail. No reply. I called again today (wed) and again leader was in a gathering and so I quit another concept and also the assistant required my current email address. Examine my mail one hour before and that I got a notice from leader. He explained that I closed a disclosure kind that had the data about credit exchanges. I wrote him another mail about this disclosure form. I stated that the entrance consultant explained to preliminary it and he explained that 'the info within this type (passed me the document) is what we simply went around. And so I did not bother to see all the data within the type. Used to donot need them to obtain away with this specific since I've been misinformed, got out loans to cover course that I-donot actually require since Iam likely to need to retake all of the course again. Overall it's the entrance advisors problem forgiving me wrong info. To date I am still battling to obtain my reimbursement and I'll not allow them move on me.
