My Mother saw a commercial about Sew Smart and called the number to ask if she could send a check instead of use her credit card. They told her she could and told her she would still recieve the handy stitch and bobbins with it. It took a long time to get the sew smart and it was in poor condition and there was no way to contact the company except for the 800 number on the commericial which we did not save. She has not received the handy stitch and bobbins and I have no way of contacting them. It was false advertising and in fact a ripoff!
