At the beginning I was misled, I was tricked and I got Smart connect. It says you can pay much later, then why they charge late fee?
Besides this problem, I have another complaint:
I tried to pay with my paypal on 07/03, I made online purchae either ebay or amazon webite. These are transection details: P9263005TEHM6T6ZK PAYPAL PURCH, 4029357733 SAN JOSE CA $53.40
I had enough funds available on my paypal, but I was unable to pay from my funds, website always directed me to Smart Connect, I was forced to pay with smart connect, because I was tired at the end.
Any time I've been trying to pay from my paypal fund, website was directing me to Smart connect-This is WRONG!
I never received any email - reminder to pay balance on Smart connect.
Smart connect is very smart for themselves. I tried to cancel Smart connect, I called GE, but I was unable to do so.
Please, cancel my smart connect.
I hate it.
Also: why is directing website to smart connect and I am unable to pay from my available funds while buying on ebay or amazon? ONE OF THESE?
Now I got $25 extra charge.
