I bought an Kirby vacum on Jan 16th, 2,000. I got an call from the finiance company that does KIRBYS finiances that they could not finiance the kirby.
So I called Kissimmee office and told them that they needed to pick up the KIRBY and return my electrolux, they told me that they had given my vacum away, next day it was in a factory next day at a church, and that they was trying to get it and return it to me.
After 7 calls to the manager and staff and telling them i was leaving town and needed to pick it up they came and while one kid was picking up the new kirby and loading it the other kid brought in an 14 yera old electrolux that did not run.
Thhe dealer also told me that the finance company would not finance me a burger from macdonalds, i thought that the other kid was bringing my 4 year old vacum back well
I asked him where mine was an they said we do noy know and there was nothing i could do about it. I then called the office and was told not to call back
And the manager hung up on me. I have had 2 kirbys in my life, and they ended up with my vacum their returned, and gave ne a vacum that will nor run.
I cannot believe that the kirby company hires people that sell a kirby to someone take their vacum telling them that they will take it, clean up their old one, and bring
IT BACK IN A Few Days as I told them in front of 3 wittness that I wanted to keep mine as an extra for my apartments.
I trustes them to bring my back as the finiance company could not loan me the money, so i hope they do not do this to any more old people.
