Delivered slowly but delivered. I paid for these items

With my credit card and they made sure to put it thru

Very fast and it is now over a month later and still not

Rec'd. I did get part of the package and now i lost

63.00. Please help me. I have emailed the company

Now 3times and do not answer me.
