I placed an order with Tobacco Barn in Feb and still have not received my order. They had trouble with credit card companies not wanting to deal with cigarette sales. They went to another country for credit card sales and were (supposedly) ripped off for mega bucks.
They then went to Pay Pal (what a joke). I still have not received my order and disputed the payment with Pay Pal and my credit card. After having to contact Pay Pal because it was over a month, I was told they ruled in my favor, but there is no money in Tobacco Barn's account to reimburse me.
I know they don't guarantee reimbursement, but now that I think about it how can they get money from the seller's account when they withdraw it as soon as it enters? Is this false advertisement or what? Morning
