Ripoff

I sent in my check on march 11 for $42.95

So, i send my priority certificate, and money order the same day.

I recive the letter. So, after 2 almost 3 months, i check with my bank,

If they cash in my check, and they did it on march 20.

So, i send them a letter, requesting the book and reports.
Or my money back, and they don't send me anything.

Don't even answer my letter, so, after more than a month, later i send them a second letter.

Hoping this time they send me my money back, well, is 9 months already,

And i still waiting. So please help me what can i do in this case, thanks.
