Please help!!! I have a lemon!!! This computer for via-com and shop msnbc has not worked since i recieved it.
I have changed more parts than the cpu contains... It has been a nightmare... I have spent countless wasted hours on hold for support.
Countless wasted weeks waiting on parts. Countless watsed weeks waiting on technicians to replace the parts.
Have changed the motherboard, hard-drive twice, recovery disc three times, the memory, and the mouse...
This lemon still shuts down when it feels like it, the printerand the scanner does not work... Please help if possible...
