I received a call about my high school daughter whom they called by name and stated that they had software to help her take the SAT & ACT tests. Like a dummy, I gave them my credit card and was billed for $119.00. We decided to return this without opening it and I mailed it in August. Since we had not heard from the company nor had a refund been credited to our account, I called the number today where I had gotten the address and authorization code to return the software. The number was disconnected and when I searched the web, the first thing that came up was usacomplaints.com that someone else has had the same problem.
I would be glad to be a part of a class action lawsuit if it goes that way.
