I signed on to the site thinking I was going to get discounts for shoppers, but actually they want you to but gift certificates to recieve your discounts. I was told I was going to be charged a 1 time processing and non-refundable fee of $1.00. But when I looked on my bank statement I saw I was charged 2 times for the processing fee and some other charges. I went on the net to look for the site when I came up with a search I saw the Rip Off Reprt.com and I said to myself oh my god. All these complaints for this company. Now I haven't been ripped off in hundreds of dollars yet but I want to stop it now before it gets too far.
And also there is another company in conjunction with Simple Escapes called Galleria it said if you sign up with Simple Escapes you will get free $25.00 gift card to K-mart and a another store of your choice. I have recieved the information packet for Simple Escapes, I then got to cards in the packet also saying to fill them out to recieve the gift card and it takes 2-4 weeks then they will send you a survey after the survey, and when they recieve it then you will get your gift card.By that time my trial period is up and I have to pay. Thats stupid. That's not what the ad advertised.
This is false and misleading advertising. They also changed their website from www.SimpleEscapes to www.DealPass.com. After I saw all of the reports I decided to file one too. These Bastards charging to my debit card taking my hard earn money!!!
