I started off back in June of this year watching a TV commercial on the television station TNN.
This commercial talked about the great oppurtunity avalible in the turn key business me seeing this after my fiancee and myself had recently lost our jobs due to the 9/11 attacks I thought this was the perfect oppurtunity.
What caught my eye was that they said absolutely no selling because I hate trying to sell things to people so this was the oppurtunity I was looking for.
So I called the number that same day the operator gave me to customer serveice rep. Named Peter Z Solo he then sent me an informational package and tape I was very impressed, I would soon find out that everthing in the tape and in the packet was a bunch of lies.
Peter called me a couple off days later and just bluntly asked do you have $13,500 I said well there are some things I would like to review before I awnser any questions so I told him I would get back with him.
I called the Florida BBB to check the status of this company they told me that they are in good standings they have only had 1 complaint and that they had resolved it today I find that hard to believe considering what has happened.
I called Peter back and told him I was ready 2 hours later he sent Fed-Ex to my front door to pick up the check.
I asked Peter was he sure that no selling was involved he said absolutely none he said our proffesional locating department will handle everything the only thing you have to do is take them the cards maintain there inventory and keep the machine up he said plus we have the best rates on phone cards in the country bar-none I soon found out that was another LIE.
He also told that I was going to at least make $30,000 a year at least that is a LIE also.
I have tried to call and talk to Peter countless times since I have signed up no Peter I asked Jason who is supposed to be the head of Customer Service does Peter still work there he said he does not know but he is the head of Customer Service yeah right.
Jason told me if I have any problems he was the one I needed to call and I told him you are not the one that signed me up why do I have to talk to you.
I believe Peter never existed but I talked to Jason and told him it has been 6 months and I have not made $1 he told me well who is you locator I told him Jack Munroe he told me I needed to talk to him.
I have went to almost every store in Columbus Ohio and everyone says the same thing they have cards with much better rates they have even shown me also nobody wants those machines.
Peter told me when I signed up they were just going into Columbus Ohio the day I was signing up so I was even more excited he said they have annalysed the market here and it is going to be great another LIE.
Jack Munroe called me the same day I talked to Jason and was very angry and said what is the problem I said listen I have been in this for 6 months I am only in 1 location and they have not made any money they sold a couple of cards and customers brought them back and wanted there money back.
He said the reason that I did not have any locations is because it is hard to get in touch with me.
I told him you have my home# cell# fax# and e-mail address and also stated you did not have a problem tracking me down when you was trying to get my money.
I said to him how am I supposed to pay this $13,500 bill he said we will get you some locations we were working on you today.
So i did not here from Jack for a week or so then he calls me with locations were they have never sold phone cards before.
This company is so full of lies that it is ridiculious.
Peter also told me that when they put you in a location it already has a high volume of phone card sells that why I was suprised to be sent to places like laundromats and restauraunts.
When I go to these locations these people actually laugh at the rates on these cards
It took almost a month and a half after they cashed my check to recieve my machines and cards Peter told me it would take a week.
Jack told me when he made his initial call to me that he had great locations no less than 10 miles away from my home (yeah right!) they have sent me all over the city to no avail.
I am so tired of there lies I do not even want to talk to them no more I want my money back and them put out of business.
Just because they lied and could not tell the truth I will have to file for bankruptcy but believe me they have not had the last of me.
They have told so many LIES that I can't remember them all but if it is the last thing I do I will prevail.
