I received a charge for $96 dollars on my credit card. My credit card company only had the name of the company. It took me a very long time to locate what it actually was. And where did I find the company? On this website. And other people were complaining about the same amount being charged and they were completely unaware. However, I contacted them.
They tried to reassure me about the money they were trying to save me and then even tried to reduce the membership fee. I said I don't want anything except money back. They did refund it. When I asked how they received my card info... They claimed that it was offered to me when I ordered "The Firm" and I accepted.
Which I know is not true. When I called "The Firm" people, they have never heard of this MWI Essentials. They fraudulent jerks and I can't imagine how they are even still in business.
