Our firm has experienced nearly identical processes as the Frankel Group. First was an invoice for material that no one claimes to have ordered; however, based upon an employee signature, paid the fee. Of course, no product was received, the check cashed and yet we receive harrassing Past Due notices several times a week. Sometimes, we receive several notices a day.
