I am a hardworking individual running the family business my father started. I received faxed information I feel will benefit the company, only later to learn that it is a total rip off. I am deceived into thinking that I am dealing with a repituable company when I return information to publish my company's information, along with the remittance payment.
A month goes by and I receive a fax sayin that my payment is past due. I respond with the appropriate payables information pleading my case that I have submitted payment to International Directories Corporation, 130 Church Street, #365, New York, NY, 10007 for the amount of $249.00.
Still, no response from the accounts receivable department. Upon further investigation, I notice there is no company number, fax, or address for me to get in touch with. I check my bank statement and find that the check has been cashed. I know someone must be able to answer my questions and clear my account.
Time goes on, I still receive the same fax saying that my payment is past due. I still do not have the directory that I purchased. Finally, I came across the rip-off website and find out that I am not the first person to encounter this 'company'.
Please do not be another victim to this company who, obviously, has nothing to contribute to the working class only to victimize other companies.
