We just want every one to know that please do your research and ask a lot of questions. They ONLY PREPARE DOCUMENTS FOR YOU! They will send YOU the documents to proof read and mail off. After that you're responsible for the court date, appearance, and everything else that comes along with it. They DO NOT represent you in court! Everyone that we spoke was never told us that they are ONLY DOCUMENT SPECIALIST, only when we spoke with receptionist & the attorney they were very detail with us. After paying all the money ($845.00) then found out there is a membership fee! For What!? Only if we would have Google "Premier Family Services" the first thing that comes up is RIP OFF! And which they are, they will take your money and treat you poorly. The attorney that we spoke with said that she would cancel our membership and send our paper work to billing for reimbursement for the full amount. But after reading the other complaints I see it there pattern. Hopefully she will reimburse use!
