Mr. Frericks met with me in March. I agreed to a 1 year advertising agreement with his company. I have paid that year in full. When I clearly stated I was not interested in advertising again the following year, Mr. Frericks still published my ad and continued to bill me.in addition, Mr. Frericks did not deliver the Bridal "Leads List" from the bridal show I purchased from him. His reasoning is that he felt I would "slander his name to the brides".
Mr. Frericks continues to bill me for an additional year - even though it has been made very clear by my attorney for Mr. Frericks to no longer include me in his magazine or to bill me. Mr. Frericks now turns this matter over to a collection agency, from whom I received a call from today (4/21/08).
Mr. Frericks is attempting to steal money by falsifying information to a collection agency. Furthermore, Mr. Frericks is attempting to damage my perfect credit report. This matter needs immediate attention. I have tried to point out Mr. Frericks mistakes to him in: over the phone, in person, by email, in court, and by letter of attorney. Since Mr. Frericks understands his false information will never hold up in a court of law, he now attempts to damage my credit report and further harass me by collection agency.
