They took money from my checking account twice and never sent me any card or or anything else and now i cannot find them even on the Internet

This company is the worst i have ever dealt with they debited money from my checking account two times and they never sent me a card or any thing else and when i tried to contact them i cant reach them. I never told them they could take this money i was only search for information from them and i wasnt trying to get a card from them because their rates were to high how can people do this and get away with it
