I was looking for pay day loans. When I came to USACREDIT I started to fill it out. When I came to the part that said I would be charge a fee of $149.95 I cancel the application because I was looking for a loan. Beside in my checking account at the time only had a couple of dollars in it. I thought that was the end of that, untill the morning of 06/17 I made a dicovery that USACREDIT made a withdrawl of $149.95 from my checking account. When I called USACREDIT the representaive was not polite and told me there was nothing I could do about it. I did not give this buisness permistion to withdral the $149.95. I went to my bank and filled out a paper that I did not authorized USACREDIT to debit funds from any account at my bank Banterra.
