Will not refund my money California California

This is a e-mail I sent to the company:

To whom it may concern:

I cancelled my order on 2.15.08, I was told to call within seven days of receiving the product to cancel the order. I had the product returned with a return receipt, your company received the product on 2.28.08.in addition they told me that the product was mailed out on 2.13.08, I was not told to call within seven days of calling in the order, I was told within seven days of receiving the trial package.

I understand the procedures that you follow although I had phoned in and cancelled within the seven days of receiving the product, and your company failed to cancel.

I have been extremely patient with the slowness of your process, but if I had your money I am sure that you would like money which was owed to you in a timely manner.

I have called and spoke with your agents on several occasions in regards to my refund, and in my findings they are not empowered to make appropriate customer satisfaction accommodations to help save your company a customer I spoke with Eric (manager) and demanded my refund 3.28.08, apparently that did not help with my situation, he told me if I did not see my refund by 4.2.08 to call back, but then told me he would personally call be back which I never received.

I spoke with Walter (manager), and explained to him my situation, he then told me I would not receive my refund until the end of April. I was very unprofessional and cursed at him for a situation that he has no control over. He although needs to be trained in de-escalating the situation and not making a irritated customer even more irate with his arrogance and incompetence.

These are my actions after this e-mail:

1) I am contacting my personal attorney for damages for possible law suit.
2) I am going to tell everyone I know your company is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
3) I am going to make a report with the better business bureau.

I know that one Irrate customer is not going to put your company out of business although, I will make sure that everyone that I know does not utilize your poor services.
