I started to do business with memberserv with a friend of mine in October. The company sounded great and we had a meeting with a representative and everything went well. As the contracts started to come in we thought this was a good investment and looked like it was going to be worth it.
We initially paid for $10,000 worth of income per month. We expected big contracts but mostly received small contracts that required alot of cleaning and too many spread out through out the week. Finally two months has passed and no sign of a check or payment for any of the contracts we were servicing. We called Avery Stone and asked about getting paid and was told by Stone we should receive a statement in the mail.
Two weeks into January we finally got a statement but was shocked to see that it was not a check but a summary of what we owed memberserv. Administration fees all over the place. These things were stated in the contract but like mindless goofs we did not thoroughly read the contract or have a lawyer go through it either. Anyways contacted Stone and went over contract. Tried to continue but could not due to low funds.in conclusion I do not see how they expect you to work for so long with no money and promise you a certain amount of money a month that you pay for initially with a bunch of small contracts.in the end you probably would have to service like 10 contracts per day to equal around $10,000 monthly.
