These individuals operating under these and other company names have been ripping off companies and individuals for years. They have been convicted of security fraud in at lease nine states including Washington, Colorado, and connecticut.in 2007 Colorado fined them $ 300,000.00 and in 2008 Connecticut fined them over $ 4 million. They are currently on the web under the name of CMG & Assoc. Soliciting investors. Be aware, they are bad news!
