I currently attend Dover business college in Clifton New Jersey. I have been a student for about 5 months now in the PC Support and Administration course. We have only done 1 Lab which was take a very old dusty computer and open it look inside and take a part out and put it back in. There was no problem solving or anything like that involved. The student handbook states the following " 12 classroom hours of lecture and 20 hours of laborator or 30 hours of practicum. We have been doing 99% lecture the whole time no labs. They started off the course doing MS office software and wait till the end of the course to actually to the networking aspect of the course which is the reason why I went to this school. I decided this school was not for me anymore and after asking for a transfer they tell me I will most likely have to pay the full tuition which come to $17,000 and change. I don't believe i should have to pay the full tuition if I haven't been there for the full course can someone please give me some insight on this.
