I ordered my computer in dec. Of 2006 after paying more than 13 weeks i finally recieved my desktop computer. Its now been over a year now and im done paying for the computer; but i have not recieved any of the other gifts i was promised.
I was suppose to recieve a 20 inch plasma t. V, a printer and like $700 worth the software. Im wondering how long do you have to wait to recieve something that I already purchased. Its been over two months since i made the finale payment and im still waiting. Im am very upset.
The reps. Of their company are rude and dont have any information to expedite their sevice, or even to make you feel comfortable about using their service. Their are no supervisors or mangeres. One of the reps told me that the supervisors or managhers dont take phone calls. She was very rude and even went to the extent of yelling at me. I've paid over $2000 and would like the rest of my merchandise promised.
