Blue hippo kept putting me off to fill my order which was paid in full now after a year no merchandise

On february last year i purchased a computer from blue hippo. They told me it would be mailed after the first payment. Then i was told not until i completed 6 months of payments. I told them to cancel the order but they said no but i could purchase a monitor instead.

I sent the complete payment for the monitor but never recieved the mechandise. During serveral calls i was always told that the warehouse that stocked the monitor would send it when it was available and to wait another 4 to 6 weeks. After one year of constant calling not was ever recieved and blue hippo never notified me one way or another about my account or product.

Now there is no phone and no online web site available.
