They make money from us yet they do nothing for us.
The tag registration & renewal forms from mva are sent to them & they do not forward info to the client. It is our (clients) responsibilty to make sure we contact them for our renewal info.
Car owners receive their renewal info at their homes.
Why do leased car drivers have to remember about reg & such when owners are notified by mva?
What do they do with them when mva sends them? Throw them away? For the cost of a postage stamp & an envelope they could help their clientel. But instead they let us incur large fines & fees that could have been avoided.
This company has no integrity or ethics. They are above the rules & regs. They have violated all leased vehicles owners civil rights by not giving us the same notification that buyers receive from the state. They steal our mail renewal info. They tamper with the our mail by throwing it away. This is a felony. They are above it all!
This is another example of the corporate greed & corruption that is destroying our country. This company is an embarresment to our nation.
