I ordered Richard Simmons tapes and much to my horror several debits to my bank account started to appear. These charges were not approved by me.
The first charge was $75.00 (bank still investingating), the second was in the amount of $96.00.
After many trips to my bank to sign papers disputing charges I started to investigate MWI Essentials.
MWI Essentials has been linked with Richard Simmons Fitness, PMB-Premier Management Benefits (credit cards-Master/Visa) $219.19 charged to my account, which is linked back to Bank One.
Both charges are linked back to their company. I also found numerous horror stories about this company committing fraudulent electronic charges to debit cards/Visa.
I contacted this company and got the run around.
My bank has been wonderful and has mentioned this is not the first time they have heard of this company doing this.
I encourage all who have been victimized by this company to contact the BBB, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and their attorney.
This company has got to be held responsible for their illegal actions. As comsumers we have a right to be protected by law from this type of activity.
I have had to close my checking account and cancel my Visa card, the charges keep coming from different companies associated with this company.
