Shopping Essentials
How did these people get my credit card information? I did not, nor would I sign up for this type of service. I'm clueless as to how this could have happened? Ripoff Conneticut

I was just looking over my VISA statement and I noticed these monthly charges from a company I've never heard of.

Shopping Essentials has been charging my VISA without my knowledge for a monthly membership fee that I did not approve of or sign up for. I have not had a chance to contact my bank yet to see how far these charges go back, but I am being charged $14.95 a month: 4/30,5/30,6/29,7/30. Who knows when this all started? There is another company also charging me $16.95 a month called Value Plus.

I have filed a separate report for that company, which is similar to Shopping Essentials. I do not subscribe to this type of service, nor would I. I am at a loss as to how they got my VISA information? I am hoping this can be stopped and be exposed as a fraud. I'm hoping my bank can help me in some way. This is the first time this type of thing has happened to me. I am very upset about all of this.
