Willful and malicious disability discrimination is going to cause me to miss graduation Phoenix

I am supposedly a student at University of Phoenix in the bachelor's degree business program. Unfortunately my education and consequently my career, my plans to apply to law school, and my personal life have all been put on hold for half of a year as a direct result of University of Phoenix refusing to make very reasonable accomodations for a medically documented disability (by my family physician on his prescription pad, signed and dated by him with his credentials clearly visible, accompanied by documentation pfrom Sylan learning center in Springfield, MO where I personally paid to undergo testing of my learning disorder and obtain recommendations for accomodations for University of Phoenix, and have the recommendations clearly spelled out on paper with the company letterhead.)

Additionally University of Phoenix personnel have perpetrated some extremely outrageous harassment which also gives the appearance of being related to the fact that I have disclosed a disability.

I lack four classes to complete my business degree. The program should have taken about two years. As a result of University of Phoenix'misconduct my life has instead been in limbo for almost three years. I am now about to miss my graduation and likely lose my job as a direct result of University of Phoenix refusing to abide by the law!

In September I began requesting that University of Phoenix make some minor accomodations needed because of a learning disorder. This has never been done and University of Phoenix consistently refuses to give a plausible or consistent reason.

Along with not making the accomodations, another problem exists: Sometime in September I had reason to divulge my learning disorder to financial services advisor Kyla Kingery. Within a few days of learning about my math learning disorder Ms. Kingery was alleging that I had an outstanding balance of approximately $2000 but did not give me a valid explaination and refused my repeated requests for written documentation to support her claim. Ms. Kingery, Ana Jenson and possibly other personnel in the financial aid department, nonetheless refused to allow me to enroll in any classes between September and December because I disputed alleged balance and refused to pay it. The claim that I owed the balance was eventually recanted by the financial aid staff, who continue to refuse to show any documentation to support the previous claim.

At this time, in addition to needing accomodations for my remaining classes, I also wish to apply for financial aid. Members of the financial aid department are hindering my education by now refusing to have any communication with me whatsoever. They have not even started the application process yet.

During the last week of February I once again sent University of Phoenix copies of documentation from my physician that my learning disorder exists, copies of recommendations of accomodations for my disorder, which University of Phoenix demanded that I obtain by paying for out-of-pocket, and signed copies of all documents which University of Phoenix'Disability Service Advisors have previously communicated were needed to request accomodations for a disability at University of Phoenix.
Nonetheless, on 3-5-08 "Disability Services Advisor" from University of Phoenix, Robert Becker sent me an e-mail, which I saved, stating that even though he had received the paperwork which I sent to him via Federal Express, Mr. Becker was still not nearly ready to make the very reasonable accomodations.

His refusal to do so, as well as University of Phoenix' other misconduct is about to cause me to miss my graduation on May 31, simply because the online division of University of Phoenix has spent over six months preventing me from entering the classes that are essential.

My employer is holding a promotion for me, contingent upon me completing my bachelor's degree in business in the near future. I had planned to be applying for law school at this time and preparing to start in the fall, but University of Phoenix' misconduct has prevented me from doing so.

Every day that University of Phoenix refuses to enroll me in the remainder of the classes needed to complete the program, I am out the money that I could have been making had I been permitted to complete the classes which University of Phoenix and I agreed were part of the program I am in.
