I ordered the "No Down Payment" course for $9.95 for 30 days. I didn't like it because it was all I thought it would be. I called customer service about returning it. They took a statement from me explaining why I was returning it. They gave me instructions on how to return it including how much to insure it for and they even extended my return date by a couple of days.
I sent it back US Priority Mail on April 15. I was start enough to ask for conformation on the package. It arrived on April 19. The extended date for return was April 26. So it arrived a whole 7 days early.
I transferred to Japan at the end of May and I've received a letter saying "I owe" $128.28 to The Proffessional Education Institute for the couse I returned.
The thing is, they claim not to have received it. Now I receive a letter from Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc.
Stating that I owe PESI $384.86. How do they come up with these figures?
