INC Secret Shopper with large check enclosed!

I Was sent a check in the mail for $2750 With instructions to call the office to activate the check.
It was broken down as follows
Taining pay expenses $300.00

Your tasks are as follows Wal-Mart purchase (any items of your choice) $100.00
Money Gram Transaction $2120.00
Service charge money gram $130.00
Sears (any items of your choice $100.00)
Total $2750.00

Note all completed assignments and transactions must be faxed to our office. With info pertaining the operation of tasks in a professional maner Ect!!!

Enclosed with the instructions was a blank survey to be filled out by myself.
Upon completeing the secret shops.

Letter signed by Dona A King (correct spelling) Human resource Manager
The envelope was postmarked in Canada!!??

The whole deal smelled like a rat so I looked it up in the web and found
