I ordered one of their products, tried it once and due to health issues I couldn't use it, called them the next day which was within the time of cancellation, talked with a representative there and told them the problem. I told them to cancel my order and they said they did, Never telling me any information about return or worker ID info at that time.
One month went by and I recieved another order and charged again, now I have two months of this product that I can't use, along with porn video's that haven't been opened. I called again and someplace in the orient the call was taken, due to excess calls I couldn't take with a rep, so they took a message at the call back center they said and would have someone call me back. They returned my call and I told them that I had cancelled my order and they continued to send me the product, At that time the lady Anne William stated she would cancel the account, I told her I had already requested the account be cancelled one month prior, but she showed no record of that. So she at the time reassured me that the account would be cancelled.
The next month goes by, I AGAIN recieve a package with more products and Video's. Of the same product I had already cancelled twice now.By the way every rep that I have spoke with in this company has been very rude and obnoxious. If they don't like what you say they put you on hold forever, that's I guess their way of dealing with this issue. I asked to speak with a supervisor over this issue and the supervisor was more obnoxious than the rep I had been talking with. The supervisor also put me on hold and never came back to the phone as I was on hold for over 3 hours.
They've not only sent me products that I had cancelled three times, but also charged me for them, even though I cancelled them three times. They make sure that when they send them out for some reason it takes almost 3-4 weeks to get them but, so when you do have to do the return it's now outdated and past the time frame of return. So now your stuck with a product that you can't use, along with porno video's that you didn't order or ask for. The representive's are the rudist people I have ever come across. They definitly need customer skills, I feel this company is ripping others off and thats the way they make their money. Cause you certainly can't take with a customer service representive or a supervisor to take care of the issues of cancellation or return.
Don't order from this company i advise you! Or you will be in the same boat as all of us that have. You won't like dealing with them. And you won't get your money back. Now you can order from them if you enjoy being treated badly, or like being taken advantage of.
I have every person's name, date, time, and id# that I spoke with, and still to this day, nothing has been resolved or taken care of.
