Called the company;s 866-964-1011 number multiple times on 2/18/09. Each time I was put on hold for approximately 2 minutes and then was disconnected. After multiple calls, I reached a representative who said his name was Rudolf. Very heavy accent. Throughout the call, each time I said anything, I heard my voice echoing.
After being placed on hold by Rudolf multiple times so he could cancel my order, he finally told me that I could keep the product and that he would not be able to issue a refund. I told him that I was not interested in keeping the product and would like my money back. He continued to refuse.
I asked to speak with a supervisor. Guess what? All the supervisors were in a meeting. When asked when they would be available I was told that they would leave the meeting and go home. I would need to call back prior to 9am the following day to speak with someone.
The conversation ended with his reiterating that he had cancelled the order and would end me an email confirming this.
