I ordered Penbrook's Rebate Processing Program on 2/28/08. On the last page of the ordering process, there was no mention of the rebate program—only selling products for companies.
I sent an e-mail and was told I would get a response in 24 hours. It is now past the 24 hours and I have not heard from them. I also called their customer service phone # and could not reach anyuone there.
