Got an email about doing Rebates from my home. I thought that I would be processing rebates from home for a Rebate Center. It wasn't until I put up my credit card, did I find out that wasn't the case. I have sent three emails to Penbrook Productions Customer Care requesting a refund and I have had no reponse from them. I have saved the three emails. I also notified them about not being able to access their web site. I believe that's the phone number that I called and got no reponse.
