False claim of debt - second occurence in a month - two different supposive sources

Last month CBCS notified us that Resurgent Capital Services, LP was collecting for cable services - our town doesn't allow cable services. CBCS dropped the case.

Now we received a new fraudulent claim that we have a debt for a LVNV Funding LLC (previously known as "OSI/Gulf State Credit") WRONG AGAIN!!!

Whatch out for this Resurgent Capital Sevices, LP!
