LVNV Funding - Stanley Weinberg & Associates. Liars, extortionists, bottom feeders, blood sucking criminals

LVNV is in bed with a large number of other collection agencies who appear to have a nationwide network with each other. They all have different phone numbers and different names but many of them work out of the same office, but use different addresses. They are woven together very tightly.

In about April I got a demand letter from LVNV claiming that I owed them a large sum of money. I wrote them that I had never heard of them before and that I demanded a letter of validation.

That was in April and to this day I am still waiting for a validation letter.

They have messed up my credit report with their false information. I complained to the credit reporting company, Equifax, and they advised me to to contact LVNV Funding.

I wonder why they want me to contact LVNV. I am not going to contact LVNV because I do not owe them any money, they won't even attempt to send me a validation letter.

So no validation letter, none of my money will be sent to LVNV. They can wait until doomsday. I hope they hold their breath.!
