I to was ripped of with the uggs direct scam. I ordered my boots on the 25th of december. I paid using my brothers paypal account and i have bever recieved any boots.
I actually recieved a tracking number for an austrailian postal company. When i tried to track my order it said the number did not exsist. I even contacted the austailian postal company to check the fake number and they also could find no trace of it.
I then sent numerous emails and recieved no reply and sometimes recieved a reply which said the email did not exsist.
I began to try and retrieve my money through paypal but i have not had much luck. I am disgusted that this has happened but i am more astonished that it was allowed to happen whilst using paypal. I was under the impression that this could not happen if you used paypal.
Because i have not recieved my money back we have now also terminated our paypal account.
Please do not use the uggfootweardirect.com or mainuggs.com site they are fakes and will rip you off. I have carried out some research on these sites and these people just keep changing they're business name and carrying on ripping people of.
If i can give any advice do not buy uggs over the internet and stop using paypal, they should not have been an option on the site to pay by if this was a scam!
