My husband was promised a credit card by this company in exchange for $229. They withdrew the money and he did recieve a package however, it contained an application for a "stored value Mastercard" namely, a debit card. We returned the package but recieved no refund.

We have called the company no less than 15 times, each time to be told we cannot speak w/a supervisor, there is no physical address, and they will "resubmit the refund request" Each representative is nice, they all say "this has never happened before" I faxed (when I found the fax number on the BBB website) a written request for refund (I claimed to be representing my husband, but never claimed I was a lawyer) I gave them 6 business days or I would pursue it further.

Well, it has been over 6 days... The bank can't help, because my husband failed to file a claim within 60 days. We have filed a complain to the BBB and now here... We will pursue this.
