Beware! Lazaro [owner] doesnt honor written or verbal contracts, cars problems are masked

Lazaro[owner] of Superb Auto Sales
Refused to honor written warranty, and verbal contract[ie ill buy back any car i sell ] bought a used car with low mileage, carfax didnt show any irregularities, but after having new car dealer and independent repair shop evaulate the car, found it had been in collision, tie rods damaged, along with radiator fans.
None which a test drive or car fax or DMV showed
Before sale Lazaro was jovial, friendly, stated "any problems, return the car no questions" ha ha that was a lie, and like a informed consumer i had him write warranty on contract... He refuses to honor his warranty.
My lawyer charges 150.00 in hour more than the repair shop Lazaro know this so he will put things in writing with no intent to honor QUE MALO
His prices are low for a reason
