Sent credit card with $250 limit, charged $179 in fees. Did not allude to this when I inquired about card

I filled out what I thought was a questionnaire and it turned out to be an application for a First Premier Bank credit card. I am usually much more astute about these things on the internet but somehow I was curious. I received a credit card in the mail that stated a $250 credit limit but there was an automatic $179 fee attached, leaving a credit limit of $71. They stated in their literature that my first payment would be due in about a week and that payment is $25.

I do not want this card... Will not use it and wish to return it and relieve myself of this unwanted credit card. I am just sick over this.
